Fun Stuff

One of my passions is cooking. I learned how to cook while bonding with my father over the stove top as he is also an excellent cook and provided for myself and my seven siblings. I’m constantly making my own stock for soups, dry aging steaks, or smoking meats (like the ribs I’m about to prep mere moments after I finish writing up these facts). I often joke that part of the reason my wife married me was because of my cooking.

I also spend a lot of time with my dogs: Bagel, Bing, & Umbra. Beagles are the best breed and I’ll be happy to debate you on that if you disagree. We also take our dogs with us camping and cabining whenever we can. I was a Boy Scout growing up and have fond memories of camping as a young man with Troop 701 in Strongsville.

I’m an avid reader both of fictions and non-fiction. Sitting out in our hammock and reading has become one of my favorite ways to unwind. My favorite book series is ‘The Wheel of Time’.
